As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll receive on the job training to lead and coach production employees to safely manufacture high quality products at a sufficiently high volume to meet production standards with minimal waste. You’ll also be trained to oversee some day-to-day operations of the production group, including assisting supervisors in addressing performance, behavior and policy compliance.  If successful within this role, it offers quick advancement to leadership roles within Cascade Windows.

No experience needed! Requirements include an AA or Bachelor’s degree in a business or operations related field.

Things you’ll learn:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with people of diverse backgrounds and employment levels within the organization.
  • Ability to engage in crucial conversations when delivery or receipt of the message content is difficult and challenging.
  • Understanding of basic lean concepts such as, Kaizen, 5S, Waste, and KPIs
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills with the flexibility to manage multiple conflicting priorities and frequent change.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Intimate operating knowledge of all available processing equipment and processes
