Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and resources within assigned work center. Perform loading duties and responsibilities and effectively manage all operational processes. Execute daily operational routines to support success of company goals and objectives. Assistant and support Supervisors in the execution of coaching, engagement and development of employees. Effectively communicate and support decisions that impact the respective work area. Demonstrate professionalism and leadership in all interactions.
Effectively performs all job assignments/duties within assigned department and/or area as assigned/needed.
Assist Supervisor in the execution of operational and human resource processes (i.e. ensure orders completed and documentation is correct prior to submittal; performance feedback, training, etc.).
Effectively partner with team members, peers, and supervision and management staff in identifying, analyzing and correcting problems associated with production operations.
Maintain understanding and knowledge of processes, instructions, rules, etc. and be aware of any related changes and/or new procedures. Effectively educate and/or train team members regarding the process and changes.
Demonstrate a sense of ownership and empowerment in identifying solutions to issues and the achievement of company goals.
Desire a minimum of 1 or more years of direct experience building windows/doors.
Demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of window fabrication within area of responsibility.
Possess mechanical aptitude as well as common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form.
Demonstrated communication skills to effectively manage interactions with employees/leadership, provide job coaching, training and coaching for redirection.
Required to stand for long periods of time and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally life and/or move up to 100 pounds.
